A product-by-product research ledger for Fortellis/CDK Drive and independently sourced Tekion integrations.

Last research update: 2026-10-16 · First release · Public sources only

Start with the evidence: 20 product records in this release, with 20 detailed desk reviews. Discovery is not a completed review, and a listed integration is not permission to use its endpoints.

This is an initial, incomplete release. Read the coverage ledger before treating this as a market map. No product has been installed, purchased or benchmarked for these reviews.

Coverage and source limits

20 original desk reviews: nine Fortellis/CDK-related product assessments, one explicitly outside-filter CDK comparator and ten Tekion-related vendor assessments. Neither official catalog is reproduced. Full eligible-catalog denominators and percentage completion are not established for this publication. All compatibility claims are source-reported; no live integration was verified. Review depth varies, including partial module evidence and schema-only relationship evidence.

Fortellis / CDK Drive
Nine targeted vendor-source assessments plus one outside-filter comparator. No bulk catalog import. Current filtered membership is not asserted for every reviewed product. Official reference.
Tekion
Ten vendor-source assessments; no directory records, Live/InProgress statuses or tiers imported. These do not establish current official marketplace availability. Official reference.

Fortellis restriction: its website terms limit copying, republication and commercial reuse without consent. We paused bulk catalog import and did not republish the extracted inventory. This release contains original analysis supported by separately researched vendor sources; it is not a copy of the official catalog.

Tekion restriction: its March 18, 2026 website terms, sections 4.1(a)–(c), restrict automated extraction, competitive-analysis/directory uses and AI processing. We stopped bulk directory import and automated retrieval. This hub does not republish that snapshot or claim a complete Tekion catalog. Any Tekion-related record below relies on its separately identified vendor source; it does not verify current marketplace status.

Depth: “Reviewed” means an original source-linked desk analysis of the fields on its profile. “Discovered” means identification only; commercial, technical and adoption questions remain open. Directory claims, vendor claims and our inferences are distinct evidence types.

What a deep review must establish

  1. Identity and workflow: product, vendor, buyer, task, inputs and expected outcome; distinguish a product from a partner name or API listing.
  2. Compatibility: exact evidence and date, platform/version/market limits, and whether the claim comes from the directory or vendor.
  3. Access: verified read/write capabilities, approval/certification requirements, scopes and failure handling. Leave absent facts unknown.
  4. Economics: public price where available; otherwise unknown or quote required. Include setup, integration and support before proposing ROI.
  5. Alternatives: incumbent overlap, a possible unmet queue and a falsifiable next test. Vendor adoption claims are not independent performance evidence.
  6. Change history: keep stable IDs, source dates, corrections and depth. Recheck stale evidence before procurement or deployment.

Read AI business models that can endure for economics and paid-pilot gates, CRM and dealer systems for operational context, and the agent harness guide for controlled execution. These reviews authorize no integration, outreach or purchase.

Next research batch and maintenance

First deepen the weakest evidence: AutoText denied-work module scope, myKaarma Tekion field coverage, STELLA platform-specific permissions and Dealerlogix CDK writeback. Then investigate parts-readiness, warranty-evidence and service payment/reconciliation products through permissible vendor publications. Track pricing, activation, failure recovery and independent adoption evidence as separate unresolved questions; do not expand from a copied directory.

The backlog is assigned to ongoing network review; this page records completed updates, not continuous live monitoring. Each future release must use permitted sources, recheck inventory changes, deepen evidence, obtain independent review and publish a dated changelog. Unknown catalog denominators stay unknown. More records do not mean more verified integrations.
